Homogenizers 2094 and 2096
Applications
The homogenizers are used for the rapid maceration and homogenization of a variety of larger high-moisture, high-fat and fibrous samples. Typical applications can be prepared food, meat or forage etc, and sample sizes from 0,1-2,5 kg allow for a wide applicability.
A reproducible degree of homogenization is achieved by the mixing action obtained by angled knives and a high speed, which also gives a powerful cutting action. A cutting action at 1500 or 3000 rpm, leads to a complete homogenization in 20-60 seconds.
For additional convenience, extra stainless steel bowls and blade cutters are available for both homogenizers.
The homogenizers are suited to homogenize and macerate various types of samples but is particularly preferable for food, moist and prepared samples.
Benefits and Features
| Feature | Benefit | |
| Accuracy | Rapid and reproducible homogenisation | A high speed combined with the mixing action obtained by the angled knives leads to reproducibility |
| Value | Powerful cutting action | Designed for macerating and homogenising of high-moisture, high-fat and fibrous samples at one or two speeds, (1500 or 3000 rpm) which reduces the running time and costs |
| Robust and practical construction | Sample size from 0,1-2,5 kg in bowls of stainless steel ensures efficiency as well as easy cleaning. | |
| Safety | Magnetic safety switch | Prevents the Homogenizers from being operated without the transparent cover in a locked position |
